Some listings give the name of this hybrid as Mangave Bloodspot. Not matter, it is a great plant with color and size perfect for the indoor plant collector. In the South, it can even be grown in the rock garden. Note the spotting and thickness of the leaves. The thumbnails on the right are the size (nicely rooted and growing) that we are shipping. This plant originally came in from one of our Japanese plant collectors in the mid eighties. It is a very compact plant with good variegation showing up on older plants as distinctive gold/tan. It grows in south Africa and it often watered by melting show at the tops of mountains. This Aloe needs to be planted in very well drained soil. It is often perched between rocks sometimes with very little real soil. Its mature form is positively amazing, a true sprial form. Available this year in limited numbers. The first photo shows the plant that you will get. The other photos show different more mature forms.

60019 CEROPEGIA LINEARIS WOODII HYBRID ASC HP TGH PRICE: $ 5.50 "Spade Leaved Rosary Vine" or "String of Hearts" Thread-like vine with large "rosary bead" tubercles and small pairs of heart-leaves designed with bright silver surfaces. This clone differs from the standard species by having more elongated leaves and different coloring. Most likely a hybrid, but very distinctive!

65096 DASYLIRION WHEELERII AGAVE HP TGH PRICE: $ 15.50 Distinctive desert plant from Mexico. Similar to the previous species but which more a bit more green leaves and slightly more spines. Is easy to grow with little maintenance; like the previous plant, it can be grown with plant care like the Beaucarnea, the pony tail plant.

56943 EUPHORBIA FRANCOISII LARGE SIZE EUP HP TGH PRICE: $ 14.50 Take a look at the pictures here; these are some specimen plants we just got hold of. The pictures show the tray that we will pick from. Take advantage of this while tris tray lasts! Low, nearly prostrate Madagascar species with tiny white ranks of soft spines on stubby stems topped with wildly varied thick leaves from silver to emerald to pink, shaped like diamond or violins or terete sabers, or fairy javelins--often sequential rubbery leaves can vary remarkably; cyathiums range from green to pink to yellow. Certainly the most popular (and shamelessly easy to grow) of the dwarf Madagascar tribe, a number of customers have added more and more of the endlessly varied leaf forms and leaf colors to a lite garden (in which conditions the jade like waxy leaves develop astounding color saturation), to a windowsill collection (which, like the Haworthia collections) begins to look like a foliar version of a glass paperweight assemblage, or to an array of equisite low jade foliaged mounds of theme and variation in the hobby greenhouse. One of the few Euphorbia species quite at home in a terrarium. Best colors when protected from searing sunlight levels.

We consider it a house plant overall.
